We confirm all the bookings by email. If you didn’t get your tour confirmation on email please check your spam, bulk or junk folders. If you still don’t have it, please call us.

Yes, all of our tours include the pick-up and drop-off at your hotel or at any other address in Bucharest.

Yes, we provide private tours in Spanish, Italian or other languages upon request, depending on the availability of the guides who speak the requested language.

For day-trips, the full amount has to be paid online by card at least 24 hours in advance. For multi-day tours a minimum of 30% deposit is required. This can be done via the payment link we provide upon request. The rest of the amount can be settled in cash to your guide on the spot or through our online payment system three weeks prior to your departure. For every payment you make you will receive a receipt.

The payment can be done via our secured online payment system provided by Netopia-Mobilpay. Exceptionally in some cases, we accept the payment on the spot.

You can cancel your booking under certain conditions. You will be asked to provide some details from your confirmation email before cancelling the service.

No, the entrance fees are not included in the tour price. You will have to pay them on the spot.

Yes, we have trips to Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova with departure from Bucharest.

If you have not arrived to the tour at the time of departure and you did not inform us beforehand, unfortunately, you will not get a refund.

We rarely cancel a tour because of the weather conditions (very heavy snow during the winter). We offer a full refund in this case.

We take the issue of privacy and security very seriously. We only require the information that is strictly necessary to make your booking. We protect any personal details submitted to us and do not pass these on to any third parties.

Yes, you can change your travel dates but we recommend you to do that at least two weeks prior departure.

Yes, you can. Just ask the travel specialist at the time of booking.

The usual tip in Romania is around 10%, but only if the people offering the service deserve it. No need to tip if you are not very happy with the service.

Yes, we provide just one type of shared tour, and this is the “Two famous castles – shared tour”.

Regular tours are shared trips that run on a fixed schedule and the price is usually lower. Private tours do not run on fixed schedule basis, they are organized upon request, only for you and/or your group, you will not share the car or the minibus with other travellers and the price is usually a little higher.

If you want to cancel your booking please contact us either by email or phone. Please know that cancelling your booking will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total payment if the cancellation request is done more than 5 working days prior to the departure; and 100% of your full payment if you do it less than 5 working days before the departure.

We usually do not take more than 7 people (same group) on a private tour because we want to ensure that you will benefit from a unique experience and not just any tour.

Yes, if there is a group/travel agency group expressing their desire to travel together.
